BUSINESS

Remote access, built for teams.

Tenvo for Business: remote access, system administration, technical support, and remote work tools — at a price that doesn't punish you for adding seats. Multiple operators, address book, session recording, unattended access.

FOUR WAYS

Four ways Tenvo powers your business.

Whether you manage 5 devices or 200, Tenvo fits your workflow.

01 / PILLAR

Remote access

Access any trusted device with full control, wherever you are.

02 / PILLAR

System administration

Manage remote machines while staying inside your security policies.

03 / PILLAR

Technical support

Help users remotely, walk them through fixes, and close tickets faster.

04 / PILLAR

Remote work

Use applications and files on a remote device as if you were sitting in front of it.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Built for real-world IT workflows.

The tools your team actually uses for remote access, support, and administration.

File transfer

Move files between local and remote storage mid-session. No extra tools needed.

Address book

Organize devices with aliases and tags. Find any machine by ID, name, username, or tag.

Temporary & permanent passwords

Use a one-time password for supervised access, or set a permanent password for unattended 24/7 connections.

Remote reboot

Reboot a remote device to apply updates. Tenvo runs as a service and reconnects automatically after restart.

Multi-operator sessions

Several operators can work on the same device or different ones at the same time.

Session chat

Talk to the remote user or your team inside the session. Handy when phone or email is not an option.

Connection history

Recent connections stay in a quick-access list. Your most-used devices are one click away.

Session recording

Record remote sessions for compliance, training, or to review what happened later.

Access level control

Toggle permissions on the fly: screen-only view, keyboard and mouse, clipboard, file explorer.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is an "operator"?
An operator is a user of the Tenvo client application who initiates a remote session. You can sign in with your account on your office computer, home computer, and mobile device at the same time.
What is a "concurrent connection"?
A concurrent connection is any outgoing remote session running in parallel under one account. For example, with 1 operator and 2 concurrent connections, you can manage two sessions from one computer simultaneously. Alternatively, you can sign in on two different devices and initiate one session from each.
How is Tenvo different from free remote access tools?
Business plans remove session time limits and add session recording, an address book, unattended access, 3 concurrent sessions, and email support. Most free tools cap session length, device count, or ban commercial use.
How secure is Tenvo for business use?
Every connection is encrypted with TLS over HTTPS (port 443) using a unique per-device certificate. Direct peer-to-peer connections are end-to-end encrypted, and because the client is open source you can audit exactly how it works.
Can I try Tenvo for free before buying a plan?
Yes. Tenvo is free for personal use with the core feature set (30 devices, 1 concurrent session, 5 GB/mo relay). Use it for as long as you need to make up your mind, then upgrade to Lite or Pro when you outgrow the limits.
