IT SUPPORT

Remote IT support, made simple.

Resolve tickets faster, manage device fleets at scale, and record every session. Tenvo is the toolkit your IT team has been missing — open-source, TLS-encrypted, a fraction of the cost of proprietary alternatives.

PAIN POINTS

What slows IT teams down every day?

Four problems we hear from helpdesk leads, MSPs and internal IT every week.

On-site visits are costly

Sending a technician for every issue burns time, fuel and money. A simple password reset shouldn't require a 30-minute drive.

Slow resolution times

Users wait hours or days for help. Without instant remote access, your team can't triage and resolve issues in real time.

No session tracking

When something goes wrong, there's no record of what happened. Without session recordings, accountability is impossible.

Scaling support is painful

As your client base or fleet grows, managing hundreds of devices with basic tools breaks down. You need real infrastructure.

WHAT TENVO DOES

Built for helpdesks, MSPs and IT teams.

Six things Tenvo gives a technician that ad-hoc screen-share tools don't.

Instant remote support

Connect to any device in seconds. Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve — turn hour-long tickets into five-minute fixes.

Session recording for accountability

Record every support session automatically. Replay later for training, dispute resolution, or quality review.

Complete session history

Every connection is logged with timestamps, user details and duration. Look up any past session in seconds.

Organised fleet management

An address book that holds every device in your fleet, grouped by client, location, or department. Find any machine fast.

Multi-operator team access

Add multiple technicians on one account. Each operator manages their own sessions; admins see the full audit log.

Two-factor authentication

2FA on every operator account. Lost credentials don't become a fleet-wide compromise.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can we connect when nobody is at the machine?
Yes — that is unattended access, and it is available on every plan including Free. A permanent password is set on the machine once, after which technicians can connect without anyone accepting the session. Because that access stays open until it is revoked, keep the list of machines that have it deliberately short.
How do we keep a few hundred devices findable?
The address book groups devices and is available from the Lite plan up. Lite covers 50 devices, Pro covers 200 with 3 concurrent sessions, so the plan you need follows fleet size and how many technicians work at once rather than ticket volume.
Can we record sessions for compliance?
Session recording is a Pro feature. Decide the retention period before you switch it on: an archive with no expiry date grows on its own, and the longer it sits the less anyone remembers what is in it.
What happens if the connection drops mid-repair?
The remote machine keeps doing whatever it was doing — nothing rolls back and no changes are reverted. You reconnect and continue from the same state. If drops repeat at similar intervals, note the timings: regular ones usually point at the network, drops under load point at the machine.
