I can't log in — what should I check?

Account not activated. After sign-up, Tenvo sends a confirmation email. Check your Spam / Junk folder if it hasn't arrived. If you never received it, contact support at tenvoai.com and the team will activate your account manually.

Wrong email. Make sure you're entering the same address you registered with — a typo at sign-up is a common cause. Try any alternative addresses you may have used.

Logging in on a new device. No re-registration is needed. Just open Tenvo, click Account in the left sidebar → Sign in…, and enter your existing credentials.
