I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

1. On the Tenvo login screen (or at cloud.tenvoai.com), click Forgot password.
2. Enter your registered email address and submit.
3. Check your inbox (and Spam) for the reset link.
4. Follow the link, set a new password, and sign in.

If the reset email doesn't arrive after a few minutes:

• Confirm you're using the exact email your account was created with.
• Check all mail folders including Promotions and Junk.
• If the address isn't registered, you'll need to create a new account.
• Still stuck? Contact support — the team can verify your account and resend the email.
