How do I restart the Tenvo service on Windows?

Restarting the Tenvo background service fixes most "can't be reached" or grey-ID issues on Windows hosts.

From the Tenvo app:

  1. Fully quit Tenvo — right-click the Tenvo tray icon and choose Exit, or end any Tenvo process in Task Manager.
  2. Reopen Tenvo from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.

From Windows Services:

  1. Press Win, type Services, and press Enter.
  2. Find Tenvo Service in the list.
  3. Right-click it and choose Restart (or Start if it is stopped).
  4. In Properties → General, set Startup type to Automatic so it starts on boot.

After the restart, try connecting again.
