How do I get notified when someone connects to my device?

When someone connects to your device, Tenvo shows an approval prompt on the host screen. It names the connecting Tenvo ID and lets you accept or reject the session, so an incoming connection can't start without you seeing it.

This prompt is automatic — there is no separate "notification" setting to switch on.

Whoever connects also needs your device's access password:

• the One-time password shown on your Home screen (it changes after every disconnect), or
• a Permanent password, if you've set one (Settings → Connection → Permanent password).

If you'd rather approve every connection by hand, keep using the one-time password instead of a permanent one, and only share it when you actually want someone to connect.
