How do I sign in to the Tenvo app?
Tenvo accounts use email + password — the same credentials you used to register at cloud.tenvoai.com.
- Open the Tenvo app.
- Click Account in the left sidebar.
- Click Sign in….
- Enter your email address (not a username — the actual email) and your account password.
- Click Sign In.
Forgot your password? Use the password-reset link at cloud.tenvoai.com/account/reset/.
There is no phone-number or SMS verification in Tenvo — only email and password.
