How does Tenvo's free tier work? What are the limits?

Tenvo is free to use with one limit: up to 2 hours of relay-assisted connection time per day. The counter resets 24 hours after it was exhausted (not at midnight).

What counts toward the limit:

• Only connections routed through Tenvo's relay server (relay.tenvoai.com) count.
• LAN-direct (P2P) connections are free and unmetered. If both devices are on the same network, Tenvo connects directly and uses none of your daily quota.

To track your usage:

1. Sign in to the Tenvo app with your account email and password (click Account in the left sidebar → Sign in…).
2. Open your account at cloud.tenvoai.com → Billing to see your plan usage and remaining relay time.
