What are the free plan limits, and how do paid plans work?
Free tier: up to 2 hours per day of relay connection time. The counter resets daily. LAN-direct (peer-to-peer, same network) connections are always free and unmetered.
Paid plans (Lite and Pro) are purchased monthly by card via Stripe at cloud.tenvoai.com. They remove the daily relay time limit and unlock additional concurrent sessions and features. You can view current plan details and subscribe in the cabinet.
To start a paid plan:
- Sign in at cloud.tenvoai.com.
- Go to Billing and choose Lite or Pro.
- Enter your card details via the Stripe checkout and confirm.
- Sign out and back in to the desktop app so the new plan takes effect immediately.
