Certificate error when connecting — what does it mean?

A certificate error usually means security software on your network is inspecting TLS traffic and substituting its own certificate.

  1. Add Tenvo to the exclusion list of your antivirus or DLP solution so it bypasses TLS inspection.
  2. If the error dialog shows a View Certificate button, click it and take a full screenshot — this identifies which software issued the substitute cert.
  3. Send the screenshot to support@tenvoai.com for further diagnosis.

If your company uses a corporate proxy or custom PKI, ask your IT administrator to whitelist Tenvo's relay endpoints (relay.tenvoai.com).
