How do I collect logs to send to support?

If a problem persists after basic troubleshooting, logs help the support team diagnose it.

Windows — user logs:

  1. Press Win + R, type %AppData%\Tenvo\ and press Enter.
  2. Compress the log and conf folders into a single ZIP.

Windows — service logs:

  1. Press Win + R, type %windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\Tenvo\ and press Enter.

    If AppData is not visible, enable Show hidden items in File Explorer (View → Show → Hidden items).

  2. Compress the folder contents into a ZIP.
