How do I collect logs to send to support?
If a problem persists after basic troubleshooting, logs help the support team diagnose it.
Windows — user logs:
- Press Win + R, type
%AppData%\Tenvo\and press Enter. - Compress the
logandconffolders into a single ZIP.
Windows — service logs:
- Press Win + R, type
%windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\Tenvo\and press Enter.If
AppDatais not visible, enable Show hidden items in File Explorer (View → Show → Hidden items). - Compress the folder contents into a ZIP.
