I can't sign in to the Tenvo cabinet — what should I do?

The cabinet is at cloud.tenvoai.com.

Step 1 — Verify your account exists. Sign up at cloud.tenvoai.com/account/register/ if you have not done so. Confirm your email address using the link sent to your inbox.

Step 2 — Use the correct credentials. Sign in with the email address and password you registered with. Tenvo does not use phone numbers or SMS codes.

Step 3 — Reset a forgotten password. Click Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email link.

Step 4 — Sign in inside the Tenvo app. After signing in to the cabinet, also sign in within the Tenvo desktop app:

1. Click Account in the left sidebar → Sign in….
2. Enter your email and password.

This links the app to your Tenvo account and unlocks address book, paid-plan features, and AI control.
