I can't sign in to my Tenvo account — what do I do?

Tenvo account sign-in uses your email address and password (set when you registered at cloud.tenvoai.com).

Common fixes:

  1. Forgot password — click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. A reset link is sent to your registered email.
  2. Wrong email — make sure you are using the address you signed up with; check your inbox for the original welcome email.
  3. Account not activated — check for an activation email and click the confirmation link. If it expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.
  4. Device password vs. account password — these are separate. The device password (permanent or one-time) controls who can remote-control that machine. Your account password controls access to the Tenvo cabinet and billing. Resetting one does not affect the other.
