Tenvo keeps trying to connect on startup — what should I check?

If Tenvo fails to connect at startup and loops endlessly:

  1. Firewall / antivirus / VPN / proxy — check that outbound traffic to relay.tenvoai.com on port 443 is not blocked. Add Tenvo to your firewall or antivirus allow-list if needed.
  2. Tenvo running in the background — Tenvo must run as a background service to accept incoming connections. If the service is set to Manual, it may not start automatically; change Startup type to Automatic if you want it always available.
  3. Network connectivity — confirm basic internet access is working and that no corporate policy blocks WebSocket connections on port 443.

If the problem persists after checking all of the above, contact support at tenvoai.com.
