How many simultaneous sessions does my plan allow?

The Free tier allows 1 simultaneous relay session. Lite and Pro allow more — check the current limits on tenvoai.com or on the Billing page at cloud.tenvoai.com.

A "simultaneous session" is one active remote-desktop connection at a time. If all slots are in use, additional connection attempts will be queued until a slot frees up.

LAN-direct (P2P) connections do not count toward this limit.
