Keyboard does not work when connecting from macOS to Windows

If the mouse works but keystrokes are not delivered to the remote Windows machine when connecting from macOS:

  1. Check keyboard permissions on macOS. Tenvo needs Accessibility access to capture keyboard input. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and make sure Tenvo is enabled.
  2. Restart Tenvo on the macOS controller after granting permissions — permission changes only take effect after a restart.
  3. Restart the Tenvo service on the Windows host (Start → Services → Tenvo → Restart) to clear any stale input session.
  4. Try toggling key mapping. In Tenvo on macOS, open Settings → Keyboard and check whether a custom key map or modifier swap is interfering.

If the problem persists after these steps, contact support with your macOS version and Tenvo version number.
