Cannot connect to any device in the address book
If no device in your address book is reachable, the relay is likely blocked by your network.
- In Settings → Connection → Relay, turn off "Direct P2P when possible" to force the relay path.
- Check antivirus/VPN/firewall (see previous section).
- Run
tracert relay.tenvoai.com— if it does not complete, a network-level block (corporate firewall, ISP filtering) is preventing outbound connections torelay.tenvoai.com:443. Request that the host be allowlisted.
