Cannot connect to any device in the address book

If no device in your address book is reachable, the relay is likely blocked by your network.

  1. In Settings → Connection → Relay, turn off "Direct P2P when possible" to force the relay path.
  2. Check antivirus/VPN/firewall (see previous section).
  3. Run tracert relay.tenvoai.com — if it does not complete, a network-level block (corporate firewall, ISP filtering) is preventing outbound connections to relay.tenvoai.com:443. Request that the host be allowlisted.
