Error 10061: remote device rejected the connection
The remote device actively refused the connection — usually because the Tenvo service is stopped or misconfigured.
- Ensure Tenvo is installed on the remote device. Download the latest installer from tenvoai.com.
- Restart the Tenvo service on both devices (see above).
- Verify drive C: has free space on both devices.
- Retry the connection.
