Error 10061: remote device rejected the connection

The remote device actively refused the connection — usually because the Tenvo service is stopped or misconfigured.

  1. Ensure Tenvo is installed on the remote device. Download the latest installer from tenvoai.com.
  2. Restart the Tenvo service on both devices (see above).
  3. Verify drive C: has free space on both devices.
  4. Retry the connection.
