"Service not running" on startup

  1. Update Tenvo to the latest version from tenvoai.com.
  2. Check that your system clock, date, and time zone are correct — an incorrect clock prevents the service from validating its TLS connection.
  3. If a "Accept new certificate" button appears in the app, click it.
  4. If the problem persists, contact support with your Tenvo version and OS.
