Restarting the Tenvo service (Windows)

Restarting the service resolves many connection errors (ID not found, error 10061, "service not running", relay failures).

  1. Press Start, type Services, press Enter.
  2. Find Tenvo Service in the list.
  3. Right-click → Restart (or Start if it is stopped).
  4. Retry the connection.

Service keeps stopping? Check that drive C: has adequate free space — a full disk prevents the service from writing its state files.

Service startup type is Manual? Change it to Automatic so Tenvo starts with Windows: right-click the service → Properties → set Startup type to AutomaticApplyOK.
