Restarting the Tenvo service (Windows)
Restarting the service resolves many connection errors (ID not found, error 10061, "service not running", relay failures).
- Press Start, type
Services, press Enter. - Find Tenvo Service in the list.
- Right-click → Restart (or Start if it is stopped).
- Retry the connection.
Service keeps stopping? Check that drive C: has adequate free space — a full disk prevents the service from writing its state files.
Service startup type is Manual? Change it to Automatic so Tenvo starts with Windows: right-click the service → Properties → set Startup type to Automatic → Apply → OK.
