"Device ID does not exist" — what to do
This error means the remote device is not currently registered with Tenvo's relay.
- On the remote device, open Tenvo and confirm it shows a valid ID and is connected (status indicator is green).
- Restart the Tenvo service on the remote device (see Restarting the Tenvo service below).
- Check for antivirus, VPN, or firewall software blocking Tenvo's outbound connection to
relay.tenvoai.com:443. - Wait a minute and retry — a brief relay hiccup can cause a transient "not found" state.
