Certificate errors (certificate signature failure / verify failed)
Symptoms: errors like certificate verify failed (certificate signature failure) or RSA_padding_check_PKCS1_type_1 appear on connection.
Cause: usually a stale Tenvo service state or a system clock mismatch.
Steps:
- Correct the system date/time and time zone on the affected device.
- Restart the Tenvo service (see above).
- If an "Accept new certificate" button appears in the app, click it.
- If the error persists, click "Show certificate" in the error dialog, take a screenshot, and send it to support.
