Display issues after ending a session (dual-monitor setup)
If wallpaper or resolution looks wrong on the remote device after a session ends:
- During the session, open Advanced controls (the ⋯ button on the session toolbar) — display, resolution and image-quality options are there. Adjust them if the remote view looks wrong.
- End the session with the red Disconnect button rather than force-closing the window, so the remote desktop restores cleanly.
- If the remote screen is still wrong after disconnecting, sign in to that machine locally and reset its resolution in the operating system's display settings.
