"Failed to connect via relay server" error

The client cannot reach Tenvo's relay infrastructure.

  1. Run tracert relay.tenvoai.com on both the controlling and remote device. If traceroute fails on one of them, the block is on that device's network.
  2. Disable VPN, antivirus, or corporate proxy temporarily and retest.
  3. In Settings → Connection → Relay, turn off "Direct P2P when possible".
  4. If traceroute succeeds on both ends but the error persists, contact support with the traceroute output from both devices.
