"Failed to connect via relay server" error
The client cannot reach Tenvo's relay infrastructure.
- Run
tracert relay.tenvoai.comon both the controlling and remote device. If traceroute fails on one of them, the block is on that device's network. - Disable VPN, antivirus, or corporate proxy temporarily and retest.
- In Settings → Connection → Relay, turn off "Direct P2P when possible".
- If traceroute succeeds on both ends but the error persists, contact support with the traceroute output from both devices.
