Mouse or keyboard not working during a remote session

  1. On the remote device, open Tenvo → SettingsSecurity → confirm "Allow keyboard control" and "Allow mouse control" are on.
  2. In the active session toolbar, try Request elevation — this can unblock input control when UAC is involved.
  3. If the problem persists, fully quit and reopen Tenvo on the controlling device, then re-check step 1.
