"Too many wrong password attempts" error
The remote device has temporarily blocked incoming connections after repeated failed password entries.
- Wait a few minutes, then retry.
- Re-sign in to your Tenvo account on the controlling device: open Tenvo → click Account in the left sidebar → Sign out → sign back in with your email and password.
- Make sure you are using the correct session password for the remote device (one-time password shown in the app, or the permanent password you configured for unattended access).
