Can't connect to a remote computer after purchasing a plan — what should I check?

  1. Confirm your plan is active — sign in at cloud.tenvoai.com and verify your Lite or Pro subscription shows as active.
  2. Sign in on both devices — open Tenvo → Account and sign in with your email and password on both the controller and the host device.
  3. Grant all macOS permissions — see the permissions article above; missing Screen Recording or Accessibility is the most common blocker.
  4. Network / firewall — ensure Tenvo can reach relay.tenvoai.com on port 443. Temporarily disable antivirus or VPN to test.
  5. Restart the app — quit Tenvo completely and relaunch on both sides.
  6. Reinstall — if nothing else works, reinstall the latest build from tenvoai.com.
