Can't connect to a remote computer after purchasing a plan — what should I check?
- Confirm your plan is active — sign in at cloud.tenvoai.com and verify your Lite or Pro subscription shows as active.
- Sign in on both devices — open Tenvo → Account and sign in with your email and password on both the controller and the host device.
- Grant all macOS permissions — see the permissions article above; missing Screen Recording or Accessibility is the most common blocker.
- Network / firewall — ensure Tenvo can reach
relay.tenvoai.comon port 443. Temporarily disable antivirus or VPN to test. - Restart the app — quit Tenvo completely and relaunch on both sides.
- Reinstall — if nothing else works, reinstall the latest build from tenvoai.com.
