How do I grant Tenvo the required permissions on macOS?
Tenvo needs several macOS system permissions to control or share your screen. Missing permissions are the most common cause of connection and input problems on Mac.
Grant these in System Settings → Privacy & Security:
| Permission | Required for |
|---|---|
| Screen Recording | Sharing your screen (host side) |
| Accessibility | Remote keyboard and mouse control |
| Input Monitoring | Capturing keyboard input from a controller |
| Full Disk Access | File transfer to/from protected folders |
Steps:
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Click Screen Recording → enable Tenvo.
- Click Accessibility → enable Tenvo.
- Click Input Monitoring → enable Tenvo.
- Quit and relaunch Tenvo after toggling each permission.
If Tenvo does not appear in a permission list, try triggering it: open Tenvo, attempt a connection, then check the list again.
If all permissions are granted and the problem persists, contact Tenvo support with your macOS version and Tenvo version.
